I would not call myself a good cook,but...these cupcakes were nom nom.


Although I am not 100% vegan (yet) I love making new vegan recipes,or trying out easy vegan substitutes for everyday recipes. Such as cupcakes... I bought the cookbook 'Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World' and am excited to try making all of the yummy cupcakes featured! The wild violets were my idea,and yes,they are edible. Aren't they adorable? Just be sure to rinse them before you eat them.

Make plain almond milk chocolate!

Stir in a couple tablespoons or so of Hershey's Special Dark chocolate syrup into plain or unsweetened almond(or soy) milk. All done. Drink up.

Now you don't have to buy a separate container of chocolate almond milk.

(I have since learned that Hershey's uses slave labor to make their chocolate so I would not recommend buying from them anymore. I am sure there is other chocolate syrup available.)
